Yoga for You with Anuraga (Sonnia Gough)
Beginners and all abilities welcome
Gentle Yoga for everyone who wishes to improve their suppleness and flexibility as well as enhancing their overall sense of wellbeing. We aim at allowing each individual to develop their practice gradually within their own ability.
Anuraga has a long experience of Yoga and her teaching has been influenced by various traditional Yoga styles.
She holds a BWY accredited Yoga Teacher Certificate from Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales, UK.
